Performs duties involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for detecting pathology.
High school graduate (or equivalent); graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology.
Active primary Radiography registry through the ARRT(R ) or currently registry eligible through the ARRT based on graduation and actively working to achieve the primary ARRT(R ) registry status within twelve months of hire.
Active post-secondary registry in Vascular Interventional/CT or actively working to collect clinical hours necessary to become registry eligible through the ARRT in Vascular Intervention/CT.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Must possess reasoning and good independent judgment. Must have the ability to work within rigid time constraints.
Must be aware of patient conditions at all times.
Must demonstrate effective communication skills.
